Do we have to pay in full?

While your creative fee is due at the time of booking, you do not have to pay for products at the time of the viewing. It is highly recommending that you do pay in full, for we will not order any products until we receive the full payment.

Do you offer a payment plan?

Yes, anything over $500. Keep in mind that no products will be ordered until we receive payment in full.

Do you have a cancelation policy?

We do offer a cancelation policy, however our creative fee is non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, we'll work with you to find the best date that will serve you and your family.

I notice you provide other portrait sessions besides family, can I transfer my creative fee?

Yes you may. If you've paid your creative fee but wish to cancel which every session, you may transfer that creative fee to any other session. If the creative fee for the new session is more, you will need to pay the difference.
